조회 로그 샘플

조회 로그 관련된 상세한 정보는 젠데스크 조회 로그 공식 문서 참조.

개요:

젠데스크 내 개인정보 조회 활동에 대한 로그를 조회 로그 (Access Log)로 제공. 

해당 로그는 UI없이 API 기반 제공되며 젠데스크 내 이뤄진 여러 조회 활동에 대해 URL 형태로 제공. 

그 중 젠데스크를 사용하는 모든 고객이 공통적으로 자주 조회하는 화면에 대한 샘플 조회 로그 결과를 통해 

고객이 조회 로그 분석에 활용할 수 있도록 돕기 위한 문서 (원본).

• The combination of operation_name: “ticket” and variables: id: “937” tells you that it was the ticket with ID 937 that was opened
