For the Social Messaging product, according to our internal team, most likely you are going to access it via Agent workspace. This will require the
<subdomain>.zendesk.com/*access to work. On top of that, there are also assets and WebSocket connections. Here’s a list of some domains (likely not complete) that needs to be proxied. We suggest examining the browser developer tools and examining the resources that it is connected to obtain a more complete list. Please note that we are not sure if WebSocket proxying will work or if there’s a official supported way of doing this though:
