Previously, Zendesk required you to purchase Support, Guide, Chat, Talk, Messaging, and various add-ons and Answerbots separately, but starting in February of this year, we repackaged them all into the Zendesk New Suite.
Key differences between Suite Professional and Enterprise
1) You can set detailed roles for your agents.
2) Watch logs so you can see the history of your account's ticket edits and changes.
3) You can work in a sandbox, or test environment, and then move to production.
4) Multiple business hours, allowing you to set business hours for each of our global support countries.
5) You can create up to 5 help centers in Pro and 300 in Enterprise.
6) You can create FAQs with up to 2 structures in Pro, and up to 6 structures (Depth) in Enter.
7) Up to 700 RPMs can be processed per minute (e.g., when processing tickets, API calls are made, so if the maximum processing size is exceeded, the customer will receive a 401 error code and a message saying that the server is currently busy and to try again later).
8) Live Dashboard is provided to check the status of customer inquiries in real time.
