[Step by Step]
1. (Top right of the Support screen) Zendesk Product Menu - Click 'Admin Center'.
2. Click 'Billing Details' in the Billing area.
3. Click the 'Purchase' button at the top right of the screen.
4. Select one of the three product families you wish to purchase.
For reference, Suppor suite products offer discounts of up to 35%.
5. On the right side of the plan management screen, check the Zendesk Master Subscription Agreement and Privacy Policy link, and click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button.
6. Please select your preferred payment method on the payment method selection screen.

7. After entering the card information, check the total amount, and then click the “Purchase” button.
