How to insert a video attachment into the body of a Zendesk article

1. Uploading a video to an article attachment

*Up to 20MB. If this capacity is exceeded, separate file storage or video streaming services will be required

2. Copy the link to the attached file

3. Open the article source code editor (right side of the editor)

4. Enter the HTML code below

• src = “URL copied from number 2”
• width/height = Enter the desired size

5. The video is inserted as shown below
